Business Partnering Services

Trillion Aviation has entered into services agreements with numerous
aviation related companies to promote the skills and the capabilities of
resources from each company in order to support airport and airline
projects. Trillion Aviation serves in a business strategist role in these
relationships.
                           Representative Services

  • Negotiate agreements and methodologies between the Airport
    and the users.
  • Identify capital project opportunities, as well as the scope and
    financial alternatives.
  • Define and coordinate user impacts from capital projects.
  • Coordinate the business element of projects so that there is a
    continuous business focus and accountability that is
    coordinated throughout the planning, designing, and
    development of projects.               
  • Work with governmental agencies for alternative sources of
    funds, assist in researching potential sources of funds, and
    prepare applications for any available funds.
  • Ensure that the project team is enacting the project in
    accordance with the agreed to principles for the affected parties
    and that the budget is being adhered to.
