Trillion Aviation works with large and regional airlines to peak shave
corporate real estate activities, to provide support for special projects
and to backfill duties when understaffed. These services enable our
clients to focus on their core responsibilities and to bring outside
expertise to in-house staff.
In working with non-passenger airline or non-airline clients, such as
cargo, fixed-base operators, and concessionaires, Trillion Aviation acts
as a corporate liaison with the client’s airports. Given the familiarity and
expertise with airport leasing policies, procedures, and governance

o Assist in client new station start-up, expansion, or reduction.
o Create and implement system-wide facilities standards.
o Establish and maintain a client lease agreement database
o Identify airport affairs issues, develop alternatives, provide industry
accepted recommendations and serve as the company’s representative to the
airport to achieve a successful result.
o Facilitate client’s business objectives by navigating the airport
management environment.
o Augment client’s corporate real estate staff on special projects or
temporary assignments.
o Prepare terms, conditions, and methodologies in the negotiation of
leases, agreements, rules and regulations, and major capital plans.
